Applies to tenants receiving a complimentary multi cooker in lieu of an induction cooker.

1 Complimentary Gift (In Lieu of Induction Cooker)GR GETROOM provides one (1) unit Multi Cooker to the Tenant as a complimentary free gift, in lieu of an induction cooker in the unit. Ownership is transferred to the Tenant upon handover. The Multi Cooker is not required to be returned upon move-out.

2 Condition at Handover & 7-Day Acceptance WindowThe Multi Cooker is handed over in clean and working condition (normal wear & tear accepted). Tenant must test the item and report any non-function or defect within seven (7) days from handover ("Acceptance Window"). Issues reported after the Acceptance Window are deemed accepted.

3 Proper Use & SafetyTenant agrees to use the Multi Cooker safely and responsibly:
- For normal household cooking only.
- Use only at the kitchen / designated cooking area with proper ventilation.
- Not allowed to use in bedrooms, on beds/sofas, or near flammable items.
- Do not leave cooking unattended; switch off and unplug after use.
- No illegal wiring/tampering; avoid unsafe extensions and do not overload sockets.

4 Cleanliness, Odour & Pest PreventionTenant must clean the appliance and cooking area after each use and prevent oil/grease stains, persistent odour, or pest issues. Any additional cleaning, deodorising, pest control, or repairs required due to poor hygiene or misuse will be chargeable to Tenant.

5 No Modification / MisuseTenant must not dismantle, modify, self-repair, or misuse the Multi Cooker, including any usage that causes safety risks, nuisance, repeated complaints, excessive staining, or damage to the unit or common areas.

6 Warranty Support (First Year) – Facilitation OnlyThe Multi Cooker may come with a manufacturer warranty up to one (1) year (subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and approval). Upon Tenant's request, GR GETROOM may assist to facilitate the warranty claim process during the first year from handover, as goodwill support.Important: Warranty outcome (repair/replace/reject) and timeline are subject to the manufacturer/service centre. Tenant must provide required information/documents and follow pickup/drop-off instructions. Claims may be rejected due to misuse, wear & tear, accidental/liquid damage, pest damage, power surge, missing parts, or unauthorised repair.

7 No Substitute / No Induction Cooker ObligationThis unit is rented without an induction cooker. The complimentary Multi Cooker does not create an obligation for GR GETROOM to provide, repair, replace, exchange, or loan any cooking appliance (including an induction cooker). If the Multi Cooker becomes faulty after the Acceptance Window, GR GETROOM's support is limited to facilitating a manufacturer warranty claim (if applicable within the first year).

8 Damage to Property & ChargesAlthough the Multi Cooker is a gift, Tenant remains fully responsible for any damage to the unit, furniture, fittings, countertops, cabinets, walls, electrical points, or common areas arising from use/misuse. Related costs may be deducted from deposits and/or billed.

9 Liability DisclaimerTenant uses the Multi Cooker at their own risk. GR GETROOM is not liable for any injury, accident, fire, loss, or damage resulting from Tenant's use/misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

10 Management RightsGR GETROOM may require Tenant to stop using the Multi Cooker if it causes safety concerns, hygiene/pest issues, odour nuisance, or repeated complaints.

By accepting the Multi Cooker, Tenant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
